SHIPPING & RETURN & WARRANTY INFORMATION

All items in on bestweddinginvitations.com.au are brand new and factory sealed (for electronic items). It comes with a 14 day replacement warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, buyer is responsible for postage and insurance costs to return item to seller.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

If item is found dead on arrival (DOA), we will styreplace it as soon as we have received the faulty item. In this case you will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Any DOA's must be returned back to us within 14 days. Item returned must be in the original packaging with a copy of the Invoice. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Do we ship overseas?
We only ship within Australia and NZ.

When do we ship?
We ship every Monday, Tues and Thursday.

How much is Postage?
You can work out the postages online without committing to buy. Simply add to cart your desired items & quantity, select your State then press ‘update total’ to view the shipping estimates.

How long does it take to receive my order?
As a guide only, as transit time depends on the courier company and Aust Post.:

NSW = 1day; VIC & QLD = 3-5 days (excluding country areas); SA & WA = 5 - 7 days; NT & TAS=5 -10days.

Is buying available at the showroom?
Yes! On Mon, Tues and Thurs from 9:30am - 2pm;
Sat from 9:30 - 3pm.

What payment methods do we accept?
We accept credit cards via Paypal, ANZ eGate or over the phone. We also accept bank transfer for those who don’t have a credit card. Please note that we do not store any credit card information

Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason.
